Job Description

Manage large QA assignments from the banking industry

Drive the team to innovation and change delivering on digital and enterprise applications

Communicate with multiple clients to manage the delivery of these applications understanding the scope of work and the business outcome

Able to create a QA strategy and lead a team of 150+ members

Techno-functional role where the growth mindset of growing the business to newer heights

The Successful Applicant

Should have managed and delivered larger QA assignments in the banking space

Experience of 14-20 years worked in agile team setup

Should have a growth and a solution mindset

Able to drive these project with 150+ member team

In the past experience should have worked on test automation and QA projects
