Job Description
Using Exchange Business for market Expansion & improvement in Penetration.
To route this Business through Our Dealers for additional New machines Retail & also for creating new customers through used equipments which will Graduate to purchase of New Equipment in future.
As such need for developing separate used equipment outlets is important for market expansion.
Used Equipment Exchange & set up Exclusive Used machines Outlets
To closely work with Dealer & Regional Team for promoting Exchange with New machine Reatil.
Formulating SOP and schemes every Quarter for improvement in Retail penetration.
To work with dealers to build separate Used machines Outlet.
To Plan marketing activities/exchange melas for promoting Retails of New machines through exchange & also promoting Retail of Used machines.
The Successful Applicant
Education: Degree in engineering field (Electrical/ Mech or related)
MBA will be preferred
Experience: Min 15-20 yrs experience in Used Automobile/Equipment Industry / Earthmoving industry
