Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle general professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive natureRegularly coordinate meetings and conference (audio & video) callsOrganize complex international travel itineraries and arrangementsScreen, and where necessary act upon, all email communications (both internal & external)Field all telephone callsExtensive diary managementMonthly reconciliation of professionals’ expensesLiaise with international offices, clients, and external consultants

A successful administrative assistant should possess the following qualities:
Superior communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalismFluency in EnglishAdvanced knowledge of MS OfficeAbility to work well in a small team environmentStrong time management, organizational skills and ability to multi-task
