Job Description
Calendar management for MD and team members including meeting room bookings, teleconference
set up, catering, conferences, and events
Managing MS Office Calendars by creating invites, responding to invitation requests, coordinating with
other teams/EA’s and key internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
Scheduling calls with internal & external stakeholders and sending out reading material / presentations
ahead of these calls
Correspondence with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the manager & teamPreparation of presentations, as and when requestedDocument Management including printing/copying/binding of documents, creating and maintaining
effective filing and archiving process and keeping updated client contact database
Expense Management :Managing general expense claims for team members through ConcurVendor payments checking and uploading vendor invoices for paymentMaintaining leave records of the team, if requiredPreparing for new joiners in team desk setup, welcome kit, business cards etc.
The Successful Applicant
Strong experience as an EA in a global setup
Handled senior stakeholders
Prefernece is to someone from a private equity fund
