The company’s main areas of operation are biopharma, healthcare, advanced technologies & applied materials.
Job Description
The responsibilities of the FPnA Sr analyst will:
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) of function/business and support leadership team in driving planning, forecasting & month end closures processes. Assisting FP&A manager to set up FP&A framework.
Work Closely with Finance/Operations leads and provide insights in all the key areas of finance including Revenue, Cost Of Sales, Margins, Opex/Capex & Working Capital.
Prepare weekly/monthly Management Review decks for leadership team by highlighting the outliers, collaborating with operations/finance teams in understanding the drivers behind the variances, providing necessary commentaries on the business performance.
Be involved in performance review discussions with Finance/Operations leadership teams and providing necessary suggestions to the leadership team on the way forward approach.
Take a lead in establishing Global Standardized Reporting for various businesses/functions.
Act as Finance Business Partner for Operations team, understanding the key priorities of business/function and Providing insights with forward-looking analysis and initiate discussions/reviews with business partners to enable them in taking key business decisions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful FPnA Sr analyst candidate:
Must have a masters degree in accounting or finance i.e. CA/ICWAI/CPA/MBA Finance.
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in finance and/or accounting related fields, and having FP&A experience in MNC’s Captive Finance Shared Services Organizations/Global Centers.
Having Prior experience in Working with Pharma companies preferred.
Candidates should be only from FMCG/Manufacturing/Automobile companies/Biopharma. Should be from the MNC’s captive center. No candidates from Service based companies.
