Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Sourcing and Vendor Management, you will be responsible for:

Leading the entire QA function for the organisation, from pre-production to final shipping.

Vendor management, new vendor on-boarding, tracking and market trend analysis.

Working closely with vendors and technical teams to lead statutory compliance and audits.

Consolidating customer complaints centrally, and leading preventive/resolution initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

To apply successfully to this opportunity, you will have:
At least 10 years of prior experience managing QA for apparel/lifestyle products.

Considerable knowledge of methods of analysing suppliers and material.

Experience in the domestic retail environment in a big plus.

Prior experience managing large teams, and a complex portfolio of vendors.

Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
