Job Description
Convening of meetings of the Board, Board Committees and Shareholders · Merger, Amalgamations, Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Divestment, Joint Ventures in India and abroad · Compliances under Listing Regulations and other SEBI Regulations · Compliances under Companies Act, FEMA and other Corporate Laws · Payment of Dividend · Handling and management of investors’ grievances · Handling and management of ESOPs · Liaising with Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, and other Government agencies · Management of Statutory Compliances as applicable to the Company · Maintenance of statutory records
The Successful Applicant
15 years (Post CS Qualification), with 10 year’s experience in public listed companies of repute, having holding, subsidiary and group companies in India and abroad.
Command over written and spoken English, Team Player, Managing and Leading Secretarial and cross-functional teams
