About Our Client

• Leading Indian multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Mumbai consisting of 34 manufacturing units across India and a presence in over 80 countries
• With a revenue of about US $ 2.5 billion, the company is also listed on the BSE and NSE
• Company has set up a Digital Transformation CoE for the purpose of creating digital products across multiple platforms

• Define strategic road map for the Digital Product in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Develop Product Architecture for digital applications and products needed
• Understand the technical landscape and align with partners to create best in class user experience
• Stay up to date with new innovations and technologies to create great user experience
• Role reports into the Product Lead of the digital vertical who internally reports to the CEO

The Successful Applicant

• Candidates with a notice period of 1 month of negotiable to a notice period of one month would only be preffered
• Education – Graduate with a PG degree in Engineering
• Years of experience – 5-7 years of experience in product management
• Experience specifically in the doctor and patient engagement space and/or related pharmaceutical space, would be a big plus
• Strong experience in leading end-to-end product product delivery with an in-depth understanding of the entire product life cycle
• Experience with customer insights through user experience and analysis of trends
• Been part of multiple greenfield projects
• Understanding of A/B. multi-variate testing
• Experience with UX and design
• Understanding of new technologies – IoT, ML, AI, AR/VR
