Job Description

Reporting to the General Counsel and leading a team of 6-8 lawyers, you will be responsible for –

Advising, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of local and global contracts including dealership agreements

Strategizing and providing advisory related to competition law compliance, brand protection, IPR, etc

Monitoring due diligence for the setup of international branches & subsidiaries

Managing disputes in India and internationally

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, a successful applicant would have an experience of 18+ years of handling legal affairs in a manufacturing or automotive company. Understanding of business operations, stakeholder management and having a team management experience are mandatory. They must be based out of Mumbai, or open to relocation.
