Our client is a leading automotive organisation. They are strongly focused on innovation and are pioneers in their industry. They are looking for a R&D Head with hands-on knowledge of product and advanced technology development for automotive systems
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Business Head, you would be responsible for:
Leading New Product Design across all categories
Handling the current portfolio and driving innovation in it
Working with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc. effectively
Driving strategic tie-ups with partners.
Managing patents & IPRs
Ensuring growth and development of the teams working with you
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are a full-time engineer (Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Production) with 15+ years of experience in auto, construction equipment, agri-equipment, or material handling equipment industry. You should have hands-on experience in sourcing and procurement of various aggregates & components of an automotive product. You should have excellent communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
