Details
Applications administrators lead oversee a range of tasks related to computer applications, including tech support and troubleshooting. They may provide support directly to end users, and may also serve as a liaison between internal teams and external clients.

1.Monitor the software application, and document and analyze problems.
2. Collaborate with IT@Microland to ensure proper integration of the application.
3. Work closely with IT@Microland and vendors to tune and troubleshoot problems.
4. Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified applications.
5. Maintain system documentation.
6. Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules, and new services
with IT@Microland and clients, ensuring business operations will operate correctly in current and future
environments.
7. Set up administrator and service accounts.
8. Work closely with IT@Sam and the Office of Audits and Analysis to ensure appropriate controls and audit
logs are in place.
9. Provide advice and training to end 20users.
10. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
11.Review the governing regulations to ensure proper program support.
12.Enable best practices.
13. Process automation.
