Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Server Management

a. Create/modify alerts for new/existing servers with a basic knowledge on the working technology

OS & Networking

a. Troubleshoot server hardware issues using remote management tools

XenApp Server

a. Monitor Citrix XenApp consoles and Alerts.

b. Generate reports from Citrix XenApp.

c. Configure NetScaler to support scalable delivery of applications and desktops to various endpoints

Xen Desktop

a. Monitor Citrix Xen Desktop and Citrix Provisioning consoles and Alerts.

Access Gateway

a. Handle the Access Gateway errors.

Password Manager

a. Provide Password manager access

Xen Server

a. Manage multiple virtualization platform e.g., VMware, Hyper V, Xen Server etc.

b. Commissioning of new guests, add/remove hardware or increase the disk space etc.,
