Should be competent to upgrade sales.
Should be able to Brand Promotion.Should be responsible towards the duty.Should be punctual, honest & energetic.Should manage the staff discipline.
Keep track record of staff performance, give them training.
Motivate the staff.
Employee Grievances Handling.
Audit the sale report & manage inventory.Key Skills
Management ExperienceRequired Experience and Qualifications
Education – Graduate(Any), MBA(Preferred)
Experience – Must have minimum 2-3 year experience of retail sales & Marketing.Benefits
