As an Engineering manager of our IDC team, you will lead a team of smart engineers and building backend and analytics services in MEM impacting 300K customers. You team will be responsible for owning one of the following charters:

Large scale data pipeline that collects signals from managed devices.

Analytics, Anomaly detection and remediation actions for all managed devices.

Modernize Intune Cloud Services for reducing OpEx and improve experience.

Qualifications

Skills and requirements that are essential for this role:
12+ years of software engineering experience with proven track records of delivering solutions with demonstrated usage

2+ years of organizational leadership and team development

Strong product leadership to set clear goals for feature areas and lead the team through rapid product cycles

2+ years of hands-on experience in handling large scale data pipelines will be a plus.

Familiarity with Azure data explorer, Hadoop, Spark will be a plus.

Knowledge in design patterns, test driven development, System programming, Object oriented design

Great analytical skills and can leverage insights to drive product improvement and new features

Excellent written, communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Good track record for Hiring right talent and talent management.
