Must have a reliable commute to the factory location.

Responsibilities :
- Manage and update the employee register
- Monitor employee attendance and timings and discipline.
- Conduct recruitment when required
- Provide onboarding training to new employees
- Manage employee time cards
Qualifications :
- BSW / MBA HR / BBA / BSC
- Fluency in Tamil and English. Knowing Hindi is an Advantage
- MS OFFICE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 per month
