Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain CAPEX and Instrument tracker of sites

TPI coordination and settlement

Checking and filling BOQ received from Godrej as per ARC

Coordination for documents for vendor code creation

Vendor code creation in system

Customer code creation in system

Subcontractor agreement- coordination+ legal formalities

PBG preparation and follow-up with contracts team

BOCW documentation- coordination+ legal formalities

PMC and safety officer attendance tracker

Maintain amendment tracker of site for easy review

Autocad reconciliation with joint measurement and BOQ quantities

RA bill preparation of AP and coordination with commercial of Godrej

RA bill preparation of subcontractor and coordination with commercial of AP

SAP invoice to Godrej and followup for payment

Reconciliation of bills -Old and new- Post payment by Godrej

SAP invoice to SSC and followup for payment release of subcontractor

Reconciliation of bills -Old and new- Post payment to subcontractor

GST-TDS reconciliation

Warranty documents to be handed over to godrej
