Job Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Design Specialist who is highly motivated, and flexible, the successful candidate will be working with the Presales Team.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Support Presales Team with all aspects of the creative design and implementation process
• Supports Presales Team through: design creation, executive reporting, presentation creation, creative development, and asset design, creation, and management
• Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms
• Responsible for delivering superior support to the Chief Technology Office leadership team by implementing design strategies
• Supports team by using creative design solutions to optimize and enhance special projects.
• Sourcing and solidifying innovative solutions and refining processes and procedures for executive requests
• Design downloadable PDFs, illustrations, diagrams, and interaction/UI elements for proof of concept.
• Design high-quality presentation materials for executive review
• Supports the creation of executive reports for the organization’s leadership
• Communicate effectively in a cross-functional development team and present ideas and designs effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing
• Proven ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process
• Support Technology Office Team by creating and maintaining digital designs focused on the promotion and representation of the organization to the rest of the company
• Facilitate and support the team in creating innovative solutions and ideas for reporting metrics and deliverables
• Coordinate, lead, and kick off project solution efforts with management
• Organize and maintain file and folder directories
• Manage and coordinate workflow for asset creation

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Bachelors of Arts degree or 5+ years of applicable experience as a designer
• Proficient knowledge of Tableau: basic graphs, publishing, building stories/dashboards
• Strong Adobe Photoshop knowledge – smart object function, layer organization, tool usage
• Animation and/or prototyping skills (e.g., Adobe Edge or similar; ability to create simple gifs)
• Spreadsheet experience – Creating tracking tools with functional equations in Excel
• Expertise with industry standard design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch)
• In depth knowledge of the Adobe creative suite
• Video creation including filming & editing skills – from taking on the spot footage with phone to filming more professional quality footage
• Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
