Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.
Develop and execute strategies for talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with company goals.
Drive performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and career development.
Develop and execute employee communication strategies to foster a transparent and inclusive work environment.
Design and oversee comprehensive learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
Manage vendor relationships related to HR services and tools, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Oversee payroll processes and handle employee grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Manage industrial relations matters, including union negotiations, employee disputes, and fostering a positive labor-management relationship.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.
Manage the complete employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights to senior leadership.
Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and company values.
Manage the HR budget, conduct variance analysis, and optimize resource allocation.
Lead and facilitate HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate with an MBA in Human Resource & IR. LLB degree will be an added advantage.
Proven experience of 18-20 years in progressively responsible HR roles, with a minimum of 4-5 years as a Head of HR Team.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, Statutory Compliance, IR, HRMS implementation, and employee engagement.
Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
