Senior BASIS Consultant
Experience: 10 Years
Should have worked on at least 1 End-To-End SAP Implementation or AMS project in either SAP ECC, Suite on HANA or S 4 HANA including end to end application management, application security and monitoring. Monitoring to cover SAP Application monitoring , EDI based & other type of interface monitoring, batch job & process chain monitoring etc.
# Candidate must demonstrate following experience
a. SAP BASIS Administration of SAP Systems on-premises andA mazon Cloud
b. Hand-on experience in monitoring and ability to build a team for Monitoring and administration of existing SAP Systems in a 24X7 support model.
c. Perform basic analysis of monitoring failures and report. IDoc failure analy sis
d. Work with AMS team create problem tickets to reduce potential IDoc failures
e. Monitor and manage application performance for systems hosted on AWS
f. Participates in the creation of end user documentation
g. Reporting of individual andte am activities with project management team
h. Collaborate with End user and Functional team to troubleshoot monitoring and other issues.
# Should be able to take technical Lead ownership. Should have good communication and coordination skills asthe role requires client coordination.
# Able to mentor the junior team members to build a 24X7 monitoring team
# Support project management team to grow the account
Good to have experience:
# Experience in managing SAP Applications hosted on AWS on RI SE with SAP Model
# Expertise in large SAP estate for SAP S 4HANA Retail, CAR, POSDTA, SAC, BTP, CPI etc.in managing SAP Applications hosted on AWS on RISE with SAP Model
# Knowledge of SolMan and GRC will be a plus
