Provide strategic vision, direction and expertise for how the group companies should adopt best practices in the disciplines of data management, quality and governance

# Collaborate with key stakeholders from D&A, IT, TQC, Operations and other functi ons to design and institute the appropriate data management frameworks to effectively manage data across the group companies

# Partner with CDAO, CIOs and other stakeholders to set the appropriate policies and standards to ensure that data platforms complies with relevant regulations and support the Data & Analytics roadmap

# Create a change management program to deliver best practices in data management that aligns with the differing needs and relative maturity of group companies and is owned b y the key stakeholders for data assets in these companies

# Implement data management practices per the change program to systematically improve data health across the group

# Define data sharing principles and policies across the group and help crea te monetization potential of data within and beyond the group

# Ensure best practice processes for data management and governance are adopted across the group, to achieve required levels of data availability, completeness, quality, scalability, usabi lity, integrity, privacy etc.

# Establish with other stakeholders metrics to measure compliance and progress. Drive remedial actions as required to ensure compliance and progress objectives.

# Develop training and education programs to increase aware ness, usage and expertise in data management across the group. Drive the community of practitioners to further data management progress. Support the CoP to deliver the change objectives

# Develop a model to measure the quality and value of data manag ement practices. Regularly communicate and share business benefits, commercial value and further opportunities.

# Project manage communities of practitioners and external partners to deliver the data management goals and programs.
