Job Description

• Perform factory & company HR related compliance, follow labour code govt rules & regulations.
• Have experience of Company’s Act, Minimum Wages Act, Factories Act, etc and labour laws
• Should know to prepare CTCs of employees and restructure as per guidelines by govt time to time.
• Should keep herself updated worth latest amendments from time to time.
• Should have worked on a HRM software (eg Spine) in the past.
• Should have experience of Recruiting skilled and unskilled employees.
• Complete knowledge of Calculation and filing of ESIC, PF, PT, labor welfare funds etc
• Experience in Employee Engagement Programs and training programs
• Handled Employee grievances of manufacturing labors as well as admin staff
• Experience in enforcing HR Policy in the organization
• Formed various committees as per the Govt Norms
• Have experience of Labour court cases and coordination with legal person.
• Experienced various HR related inspection in the past
• Have good communication and convincing skills. Should know how to deal with employees on day to day basis as well as on case to case basis.
