We are looking for E-Commerce Web Developer

An e-commerce web developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining websites and online platforms for buying and selling goods and services. Some specific tasks that an e-commerce web developer may be responsible for include:

Roles and Responsibility

Designing and building the user interface and customer experience of an e-commerce website, including the layout, navigation, and overall look and feel.

Implementing and integrating payment gateways, shopping cart functionality, and other features necessary for a functional e-commerce website.

Integrating the website with other systems and technologies, such as inventory management, shipping, and fulfillment systems.

Testing and debugging the website to ensure it is functioning correctly and efficiently.

Providing ongoing maintenance and support for the website, including fixing bugs, adding new features, and ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Collaborating with other team members, such as designers and marketers, to ensure the website meets the needs of the business and its customers.

To succeed in this role, an e-commerce web developer should have strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages and frameworks commonly used for building e-commerce websites, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Ruby on Rails. They should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
