Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions. … Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.

In collaboration with medical experts, reliable information on men’s health and wellness is offered on this platform. We are looking for someone who has previously worked with health products or Ayurvedic products or medicines.
