MIT World Peace University Looking For Director Internationalisation at Pune, Maharashtra, Full Time

Responsibilities

This position will work closely with our top management on developing key initiatives for the improvement of our global presence and image through Students exchange, international conferences etc.

Closely coordinate with Research, Placements , alumni and admissions team to develop interventions meeting university Internationalisation objectives.

MOUs with International universities on student exchange , faculty exchange and other university related matters.

Plans and takes students international for technology and other branches related international conferences.

Serves as a liaison to foreign embassies, associations, and government agencies regarding admission processes, policies, and student exchange, immigration statuses.

Coordinates efforts with various schools and programs to guide, assist, monitor, and ensure seamless onboarding of international cohorts in accordance with internal policies and academic requirements.

Plans, develops, administers, and evaluates international student recruitment efforts. May represent the College overseas, at conferences – national and international.

Develops policies, procedures, and operating standards to remain in compliance with government regulations.

Works with various internal and external databases to process immigration and acceptance documents in a timely manner.

The Director of the International Student Program oversees the planning, implementation, administrative operations, and support services for the Internationalisation exposure to 20,000+ students from MIT WPU

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 15+ years’ experience in management
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills
• Minimum 10+ Years of Internationalisation experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in International student exchange and faculty exchange programs.
