Qualification
Any undergraduate degree.
3+ years of experience in CRM
Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu
Knowledge of MS Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
Description
Build and maintain good relationship with the customer database
To ensure customer engagement with regular wishing posts through Email, SMS or WhatsApp
To come up with creative ideas for gift hampers and goodies for any corporate events like press meets, expos, inaugural programs, and festivals such as Dussehra, Diwali, Pongal, Ugadhi etc.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Escalate if necessary
Keep customers updated on the organization’s latest products to increase sales
Know the competition and strategize accordingly
