• Generate & release purchase order to vendors.
• Maintain records to purchasing documents i.e. RFQ, Quotations, Purchase order & price comparison,
• Material planning, delivery Scheduling & follow up.
• To plan for weekly / daily delivery schedules for vendors & tracking deliveries.
• Arranging Zero defect products according to safety standard.
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure RM & PM availability.
• Review Min, Max & ROL for in line with Material requirement planning.
• Reconciliation of discrepancies in inventory & notifies supervisor for irregularities.
• Monitor & maintain current inventory level, processes purchase order, Track deliveries, records purchase.
• Coordination with cross function teams i.e., Purchase, production, Store, Quality & warehouse.

What Will You Bring To The Team

• An Engineering / Science Graduate with equivalent experience
• Experience of 1 – 3 years on a range of Supply Chain & Logistics in an international manufacturing setup.
• Understanding of documents i.e. COA, MSDS, COO etc.
• Experience in Vendor management, Scheduling, delivery coordination.
• Hands of experience with SAP/ERP. (Procurement to pay process)
• Maintaining controlled documents for audit
• Ability to work in Matrix Organization.
