Qualification: B.B.A/M.B.A

Brief: The candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns. S/he will work closely with marketing managers and the sales team to promote lead generation and create upsell opportunities. We are seeking an innovative marketing representative to promote our brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing all BTL activities – Events (exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures), and brand/service placement.

• Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to create brand recall and awareness.

• Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions.

• Facility Branding across the region

• Manage Customer-centric Industry events, Internal Events, etc.

• Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services

• Negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners on promotional display and merchandise placement

• Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

• Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities

• Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team

• Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating report

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
