One point of contact between the client & company
- To handle client’s queries related to their job flow.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit.
- Follow up with the internal team for an appropriate solution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, and file documentation.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Interaction with the dispatch team for logistic details.
- To keep a cordial relation with the clients.
Qualification and Skills required:
- Bachelors in relevant fields with minimum 2-3 years of experience.
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good administrative skills.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
