Mohan Rao Hiring for Manager – Accounts & Admin at Mumbai Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Accounts Receivable area, ensure correct revenue reporting & accounting of Bad debt provision.
• Handling Banking & Treasury- Review Bank reconciliation, Pricing, FDs, maintain sufficient Balance in all bank accounts. Handling BG requisition. Liaise with Bank officials for bank balance confirmation & other compliance.
• Monthly book closing activities and reporting as per group requirements.

• Inter-Company reconciliation to be carried out on a monthly basis.
• Timely & quality finance reporting.
• No lapses & delays in statutory payment GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and its accounting.
• Preparation of Financial Statement, Coordinating with Statutory auditor. Ensure timely completion of Statutory Audit with no observations from Statutory auditor.
• Ensure timely completion of a Tax audit.
• Budgeting & Forecasting for the Calendar year. Transfer Pricing Audit/certification
• Calendar year reporting/Half-yearly reporting for group & Filing of GST returns, TDS and Income tax Returns, maintenance of GST and TDS records/register, 3CD, 3CEB, annual return as per respective law. In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Transfer Pricing, etc. is required.
• Rectifying TDS defaults and filing timely correction statements.
• Liaising with Tax Authorities for different tax issues & assessments
• Liaise with the external Tax Consultant on all direct/indirect taxation-related matters.
• Overview of taxation compliances for group company in India & Completion of Statutory audit, Tax audit & Transfer Pricing Audit on a timely basis with minimal observations from auditors. Timely and accurate filing of I Tax return, TDS returns & Provide accurate financial information/data and reports on time to the management and company government bodies.
