Full Job Description
· Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.· Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.· Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.· Maintains telecommunication system by following instructions for house phone and console operation.· Maintaining logbook for Courier receivable and forwarding· Maintaining logbooks for a personal handout by third-party agencies.· Proper understanding and coordination with internal departments for daily routine· Coordination with the company’s vendor as and when required· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.· Maintains a safe and clean office area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.· Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.· Monthly Telephone, Petrol bill payments.· Coordinating with international consultants· Decoration and administration during festivals· Ensure proper snacks arrangement during a client visitKey learning points · A Positive learning experiences· Interaction with a different social and cultural environment with a view to gaining intercultural competencies· An opportunity to play an integral part in helping a start-up grow across different product lines and markets· Opportunity to contribute to personal and professional goalsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceLeave encashmentProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 3 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Work Remotely:No
