A company secretary is responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented.
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Maintaining statutory registers under the Companies Act,2013 of TVIPL, MSPL
- Convening board and annual general meetings of TVIPL, MSPL
- Drafting of notice, agenda, and explanatory statement of TVIPL, MSPL
- Drafting of various resolutions under the Companies Act,2013 of TVIPL, MSPL
- Filing of e-forms and related documents on an annual and event basis of TVIPL, MSPL
- Drafting and updating minutes of board and general meetings of TVIPL, MSPL
- Receiving annual declarations from directors of TVIPL, MSPL
- Working on annual, monthly, and event-based compliances under SEBI, NSDL of MSPL
- Liaising with various regulators
- Role checking of DSC on the portal
- Vetting of financial figures to determine the applicability of various sections of the Companies Act 2013
- Maintaining statutory registers, statutory filings, convening, drafting of notice and other related papers, resolutions and updating minutes, filing of various e-forms of MAPL, MRPL, MCPL
