About the work from home job/internshipSelected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Keyword Research: Conduct daily keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to identify high-performing keywords.
2. Content Optimization: Optimize blog posts, product pages, and other content for targeted keywords (e.g., meta titles, descriptions, header tags, and internal links).
3. On-Page SEO Audits: Perform on-page SEO checks (meta tags, alt text, header optimization, etc.) and ensure best practices are followed on new content.
4. Monitor Website Analytics: Review Google Analytics and Google Search Console data to track performance, identify trends, and report on organic traffic metrics.
5. Technical SEO Checks: Conduct basic technical audits to ensure site speed, mobile-friendliness, and credibility are maintained.
6. Backlink Research & Outreach: Research potential backlink opportunities and assist with outreach efforts to improve off-page SEO.
7. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor websites for keyword gaps, backlinks, and content strategies using SEO tools.
8. Content Calendar Support: Collaborate with the content team to suggest SEO-friendly topics and provide keyword insights for future content.
9. Update SEO Spreadsheets: Maintain records of SEO metrics, backlinks, keyword rankings, and audit results in organized spreadsheets for tracking progress.
10. Monitor Search Engine Rankings: Track daily/weekly keyword rankings and make suggestions for improvements based on findings.
11. Research SEO Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry news to implement innovative strategies.
12. Assist with Internal Linking: Help identify opportunities for internal linking across content to improve site structure and user experience.
