Roles and Responsibilities:

– Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.

– Maintain contact with existing customers to ensure revenue growth, customer retention and deliver detailed account plans.

– Developing strategic territory plans to outline opportunities for upselling, cross-sell, expansion to new business units, and achieve business goals.

– Developing and maintaining positive relationships with top-decision-makers to build loyalty.

– Interactions to get more leads.

– Conduct market research to monitor competitive activity.

Skills Required:

– Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

– Proficiency in English/Hindi.

– Market knowledge (FMCG, Logistics).

– Good Analytical skills and ability to provide client-focused solutions to customer needs.

– Communication and negotiation skills.

– Ability to build rapport.

– Time management and planning skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,654.00 – ₹51,183.00 per month
