Job description

The Trainers are required to teach the trainees on various latest skin care treatments, facials, manicure, pedicure, waxing, threading etc. using theory and practical sessions according to the SOPs specified by Monsoon.

Responsibilities and Duties : –

Provide training to new joiners as per training and learning Module.
Train new joiners on basics of the core subject knowledge on hair and skin care.
Build students’ competency according to the levels required to fit in the industry.
To create and update Training Manuals for all roles across Divisions.
To assess and evaluate trainees for final approval to join.
To innovate and introduce soft skill or refresher training calendar and schedules Regularly updating of Training Module.
To organize training schedules end to end.
To impart grooming and etiquette sessions Sharing SOPs and KRAs Hand Holding & Cost Control Adherence to MIS & SOPs, Attendance, Punctuality and Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.- Ordering stock supplies for each training.
Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Develop and organize training manuals multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. Maintenance of MIS Reports.
Assess training effectiveness to ensure knowledge implementation & observable behavior across regional employees (all front end employees).

Requirements : –

Graduated, with an appropriate course from a well-known Beauty & Wellness Academy. An experience of 1-2 years is desirable.
Willing to travel PAN India.
Excellent knowledge of products ,techniques & technologies Creative mind set with pleasing personality.
