mooMark Private Limited Hiring for Cluster Procurement Manager (Milk) at Vāranāsi Full Time

Job Description: Responsible for Direct, optimize and coordinate for end-to-end Milk Procurement expansion, Operation, Team Management, Receipt, Dispatch, monitoring the stocks improvement of business with the help of team.

Qualification and Experience: Graduate/Post Graduate in Food/Dairy/ Veterinary /Agriculture/ Science or MBA will be preferred.

Experience: At-least 10 years of Milk Procurement operations handling experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Ensuring milk procurement as per budgeted/targeted quantities across months, by effectively managing lean and flush periods.

2) Identification of Potential new areas/new geography, conducting the Village and farmers survey, Data analysation, analyzing the competitions rates, Milk volume availability, screening of challenges for setting up new MQP centers and completion of agreements at various level.

3) Establish the network of new bulk milk centers/Chilling Centers, opening up new milk collections centers, extending the mooMark services.

4) Monitoring payments to vendors and farmers through proper documentation with KYC and resolving any issues by coordinating with procurement, MIS accounts team.

5) Monitoring route vehicle timings and ensure optimization of routes to control transport cost.

6) Managing & monitoring the BMC operation Cost, multi-tasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to perform, and inspire performance in others, conducting training to the staffs improving the operations.

7) Driving new initiatives like farmers services, sales, camps, village meetings, new product implementations and building the healthy coordination with the other departments.

8) Conducting regular interval meetings with the procurement team, Quality team, farmers improvement services team and with other dept.

9) Managing the procurement team across division through continuous development and performance feedback, Handling of members query,

10) Responsible for formulation of milk procurement rate chart as per the given guidelines, provide support in arranging trainings for various stakeholders.

11) To track and analyses the clusters milk procurement, VLCC/Farmer’s milk pouring trend, BMC Route performances, BMC, Route, cluster quality trends, monitor and review the staff’s achievement against the targets on regular basis.

12) Prepare and submit the weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly/Quartly reports, present the on the BMC performance, target achievements, Village & farmers enrolment, P/L statements, Programmes for improvement and other reports based on the company requirement.

13) Establishing necessary controls and random audits to inspect and minimize any malpractices across chilling centres/Bulk Milk coolers and Increasing productivity and capacity utilization continuously across all the centres.

14) Effective management of Milk Cost Control, Cost Reduction, Image building, Logistic Plan, Forming a team, Training, Sop’s, implementation.

15) Managing of Zero discrepancy in farmers collection Vs BMC receipt vs Tanker dispatch, Monitoring Total solids of Milk flow and monitor Total Solid variance from VLCC to BMC & BMC to Plant.

16) Managing the operational profitability, inventory management of milk and other materials.

17) Facilitating inventory installation at sites and.

18) To handle Procurement strategy and framework for ensuring optimal efficiency in Cost and Quality along with Monitoring Purchase & dispatch of milk.

19) Assist and coordinate Reporting manager in Purchase, deployment, monitoring and management of milk procurement assets for VLCC/ BMC.

Person with proficiency of local language is essential. Languages preferably the Hindi & English.

Good Knowledge computer applications like excel, word Google sheets etc.,

Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
