We are currently hiring for Customer Care Executive.
The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Handling customer queries
- Provide information about services
- To convert all enquiries into appointments
- To schedule Appointments
- Follow up with Missed Appointments
- Cold Calling the Database to maximize capacity utilization
- Minimum 2 years Call Centre Experience.
- Good Communication Skills and English should be Fluent.
Working Timing : • Monday to Sunday 9 to 6pm
- Sat – Sun compulsory working
- 1 week-off in between Monday to Thursday(Any day)
Age Limit 32 Max
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
