We are a friendly bunch that love dogs, collaborating and learning together.Sitting within the wider people team the Talent Acquisition team are ambitious, hard-working team at the heart of OLIVER’s growth. We look at people’s careers in four areas – new long-term hiring, external short-term support, internal career moves and resource management.You will be an integral member of the team across the globe providing admin support to the experts in sourcing, selection, offering & on-boarding new hires.WHAT YOU WILL YOU BE DOING:
Being a knowledge owner on how to use Greenhouse
Set up of new users on Greenhouse.
Administration of the workflow of approvals on Greenhouse
Sending out Job spec template for people globally to complete
Adding job specs to Greenhouse + making the live.
Posting of jobs on job boards.
Pulling data from Greenhouse to complete dashboards weekly by region.
Other talent success related administration.
