Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association (MSPBNA) offers banking and credit products and services, including securities-based lending, mortgage loans and home equity lines of credit primarily to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s high net worth clients.

Job Description/Position Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline for receiving required title and onboarding documentation for each transaction
• Review documents for validity and accuracy
• Enter settlement agent information and applicable information into the Morgan Stanley Loan Operating System (LOS) system
• Maintain database for counterparty wire instructions
• Submit new counterparties for review and approval
• Review title escalation reports daily to identify title orders that require immediate action leading up to the scheduled closing date
• Follow up with internal parties for action required on delinquent title orders and wire instructions

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Previous employment in an office setting
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders

Skills/Abilities

• Possess strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicant must be detail oriented and able to multitask
• Ability to manage key relationships with internal partners
• Proactively manage third-party process escalations as needed to ensure a timely resolution
• Ability to manage processes and/or projects without supervision and ensure deliverables are met on time
• Competency with basic excel functions
