Job Responsibility
Finishing knowledge and experience is must
To review architectural plans and prepare quantity requirements
To analyze the completed projects and understand the ROI and cost analysis.
Preparation of tender and contract documents, BOQ in coordination with architect or consultant.
To conduct feasibility study to estimate materials, time, and labor costs. Help in budget preparation.
Monitoring of work done and cost incurred and whether if it is in line with planned budget.
Negotiating and analyzing the costs for tenders and contracts.
To give suggestion on a range of legal and contractual issues.
Performing the valuing of completed work and arrange for payments.
Allocate work to subcontractors.
To attend training internal /external arranged by the company. To search for new ideas, techniques through social sites which will be beneficial for the company’s growth.
Any other additional responsibilities assigned by Management / Reporting Manager.

Key Skills:
Understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry

Mandatory: Well versed with MS Office and AutocCAD,2D,3D

Industry: Real Estate preferred

Gender: Open

Experience: 2-4 years of experience.

Job Location: Santacruz (Head Office – If Required might have to visit site at THANE)

Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E

CTC: upto 12 lakhs

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
