POSITION MISSION

We seek a proactive, driven, and resilient Junior Operations Project Manager (Remote) to work primarily with the operations departments: Customer Service, Logistics, Merchandising, and Supply Chain/Purchasing. This job requires strong analytical and technical abilities and demands fast, but carefully thought-out results. Strong leadership and control of the work process from beginning to end is necessary. The job centers around developing new ideas, systems and technology, and also analyzing and improving on old ones.

POSITION MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong Attention to details
• Excellent Verbal and Written English communication
• Ability to work alone, independently, and in fast-paced environments
• A huge plus is well-versed in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, Quicksight, SQL, and Google docs.
