Full Job Description
Job duties :
Organize and manage documents (physically and digitally)
Retrieve and distribute documents to internal team members and external stakeholders
Data entry and report preparation on MS Office applications.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
Uphold Mott MacDonald’s standards and policies in documentation
General office management
Organising travel and accommodation for team members through company portal.
Candidate Specification
Minimum educational qualification: Graduation (any degree)
Following requirements are a must :Strong communication skills in English.Working experience in MS Office applicationsTyping and editing skills
