Supporting IR function at plant and handling internal Audits of IR Time Office / Statutory Compliances with zero non compliances.

• Assisting in Recruitment of Temporary Manpower / Apprentices, Joining Formalities, Engagement Activities

Functional:–

1. Wages & Salary Admin

a) Master Creation & Updation in Savior / Adrenalin , Attendance & OT Reconciliation

2. Employee Engagement

a) Festivals celebration

b) Family day

c) Sports activity

d) Family Visits

e) Long Service award co-ordination

3. Compliance & Disciplinary Matters

a) Ensure 100 % joining compliances PF & ESI

b) TIC generation under ESI

c) Disciplinary Actions Counselling, Warning, Charge sheet

4. Liasioning

a) ESI department

b) Apprentice Advisor

5. Internal Audits

a) Payroll & Time Office related audits

6. Contract labor management

a) Daily contract labor monitoring

b) Grievances related to contract labor
