Roles and ResponsibilitiesManaging Front Desk (attending Calls & Connecting to Concern Employee)Visitor CoordinationCoordinating with HR for Interview Candidates, On boarding and trainingsCoordinating with Vendor for timely supplies flowers, bunches & plantsWorkstation arrangements, seats updation reports, Boardroom & Conference Room BookingsPreparing MIS related to Administration ExpensesManaging consumable stock i.e. pantry items, stationary & housekeepingBilling (including SoA, NDC), Petty cash, Po generation, Coordination with Procurement team for billing, invoices, receipts, GRN etc.Tea and Coffee order, HK material order, Plants take careInternational Guest arrangementsTravel executions including (Visa, tickets, Forex etc.)PO, Payment MIS updatesDesired Candidate ProfileMinimum Graduate in any stream from a recognized University/CollegeShould have good command over EnglishWorking Knowledge of MS Office is mustJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental pay types:Commission payQuarterly bonusEducation:Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)Work Location: One location
