About the position : Consultant -Accounts :

We’re on the lookout for a Consultant -Accounts to be the primary link between our company and our stake holders.

We’re looking for someone who will play a key role in month-end close and in the preparation of financial reports, financial data analysis, and ensuring audit support is present and reconciled. This role will have the opportunity to
participate in different aspects of the financial/accounting operations of the company.

Full Job Description:

Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA
Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in handling company bookkeeping / accounting
Location: Permanent Work from Home
Shift: Australian (5AM-1.30 PM IST)

Key Responsibilities

Handling day to day transactions, making ledger entries.
Bank, Credit Card, Inventory, and other ledger accounts Reconciliation (BRS).
Handling Accounts Payables and Receivables.
Resolve bookkeeping discrepancies co-ordinate with the Team Lead and Clients.
Generating reports from accounting software’s include but not limited to Balance Sheet, P&L Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
The project’s progress should be under constant scrutiny and supervision.

Key Skills:

Knowledge in working with Xero ,MYOB,or QuickBooks, accounting Software’s is a must .
Strong knowledge in terms of bookkeeping.
Good communication.
Customer-centric.
Planning and time management.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Stress tolerance.
Must be a team player.
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new things.
Good at Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and basic Internet Research Skill

Added Advantage:
Bookkeeping experience in Auditor Firm (Chartered Accountant)
