· Act as back-up to Manager in performing business operations duties
· Provide support to Operations manager as and when required
· Update internal operation procedures document as needed
· Assisting the Manager with operational issues
· Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required
· Work with Manager to provide excellent customer service
· Answering inbound calls – and escalating to the relevant department if need be
· Making outbound calls to customers to provide them updates
Requirements
· Should have good communication skills
· A willingness to learn
· Previous experience in a similar role
Morning Shift – 4am to 1pm

Salary: ₹25,645.70 – ₹30,250.86 per month
