Minimum Experience: 1 year

Software knowledge required: – Quickbooks Desktop & Online, SAGE, Excel, Outlook, Chouxbox, etc.

We have openings for multiple positions with below job descriptions:

Accounts Payable:

Vendor Reconciliations, Weekly AP Reports, Weekly Cash Flow, AP Payments, Resolve Vendor & Client Queries.

Account Receivable:

Chasing Customers for Payments via Email / Call, Assist Client and Customers, AR Reconciliation, AR Report

Posting – Vendor Invoice, Sales, Payroll

Sales Taxes, CRT tax

Monthly Financials:

Run P&L and Balance Sheet in our format, Prepare Accrual & Prepaid and other required Schedules

Shift Timings:

5 pm – 2 am for Males [Work from Office]

2 pm – 11 pm for Females [Work from Office]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
