Job Description
Job Description – The candidate shall have good understanding and/or hands on experience towards execution of all or atleast one of the following:
i. Understand and interpret data privacy regulations such as GDPR, US CCPA, EDPB Regulations/Rules, India Data Protection Bill etc.
ii. Conduct Data Privacy Risk Assessments/ Privacy Impact Assessments / Data Privacy Impact Assessments
iii. Define, design and draft Data privacy policies/ procedures/ guidelines
iv. Design data privacy training materials and drive training and awareness sessions
Desired: CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT.
The candidate should possess good communication skills and lead from the front.
Roll and responsibilities require active participation in managing specific aspects related to enterprise-wide privacy program, stakeholder management and internal communications related to data privacy matters. The candidate should be a good team player in addition to being an individual contributor.
