Inviting of security agencies with their profile for minimum rate revision & deployment if needed. Preparation of Security agreement, Deployment of security guards as per requirement Negotiate & Finalise the security rates as per the Minimum wages. Take the follow up with branch manager regarding security’s service, guards uniform, guards knowledge about security etc. TAke the follow up with Security agency about night round visit & reports at Corporate Check the supporting documents like statutory compliances, attendance sheet, salary sheet etc. attached with monthly bill. Suggest for prevention of theft Providing process for Key board Material IN/OUT gate entry. Train security guard to maintain various registers at main gate, DG On/Off training to Security Guards. Planning and Execution of CCTV installation, monitoring wherever installed, repairing and maintenance. Refilling of fire extinguisher at the time of branch visit, Providing training to employees regarding fire fighting & prevention of fire Mock drill training Maintain proper parking as per marking. Maintain proper painting & parking Banners of parking area. Get the vehicles parked as per the prescribed area. To support the external agency’s whenever visiting to our premises for repairing, testing etc. Frequently inspection of ACDB near transformer & outside of our premises. Liasoning with MSEB Employees to maintain minimum break down time Liason with MSEB Office for new connection, load increase or decrease, temporary or permanent disconnection, Name change etc. MSEB Bill payments on Due Date LAN wiring and fixing whenever IT demands. Should have knowledge for working on Transformer Installation at PAN India basis through Power House Officials and Contractors. Preparation & negotiation of DG AMC Inspection of Monthly preventive Maintenance. Investigate the faulty spare parts & suggest for its prevention Preparation of Diesel logsheet Preservation of servicing report. Suggest DG KVA for New or Extisting electrical load. Preparation & negotiation of AC AMC Inspection of Monthly preventive Maintenance. Investigate the faulty spare parts & suggest for its prevention.
