Job descriptionMaintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projectsAssist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly manager’s meetings and other executive meetingsDeliver and pick up business related correspondence in the immediate geographic areaWork with executive administrative team to create spreadsheets and presentation information for trade shows and meetingsPrepare the conference room for sales presentations and staff meetingsacting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone callsmanaging diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executivebooking and arranging travel, transport and accommodationorganising events and conferencesreminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlinestyping, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondencemanaging databases and filing systemsimplementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systemsliaising with staff, suppliers and clientsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FreelanceSalary: Up to ₹95,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementCommuter assistanceHealth insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payJoining bonusOvertime payShift allowanceEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 10 years (Preferred)personal secretary: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
