• Manage a accounts team
• Coordination with higher management
• providing MIS
• Complete management of accounting entries
• Tax compliances, TDS, GST, Other compliances like PF,ESI,PT etc
• Coordinate with company secretary and file ROC forms
• finalization of financials for statutory audit
• Maintenance of fixed assets register, fixed assets physical verification
• stock verification
• Payroll, PF management, coord with HR issue the appointment letters, verifying attendance with software
• expense control and management, to report to management if theres any deviation
• variance analysis
• Manage staff – check with respect to raising of invoices, check with dispatch for material removal from factory
• purchases/materials purchase to check with concerned dept , raising Pos, making sure invoices are accounted and we have received the materials
• other expenses accounting
• MIS to management
• Should handle banking relationship, Term loan documentation, CMAs,
• Working capital loan management
• LC documentations
• EPCG documentations
• Coordinate with C&F agents for import of RM, Fixed assets
